If your order arrived damaged, defective, or  of we sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do whatever is necessary to take care of it right away. If your package was damaged during shipment, we ask that you please not throw away the box and packing materials. Sometimes the shipping company will want to pick the order up in the original box.

If an item is not what you expected it to be, give us a call at 888-729-5654 and we'll be happy to assist you. We'll even give you a choice of options. We can exchange the item for a more suitable one, refund your purchase price, or put a credit on your account for later use.
