Back Orders
We make every effort to have each and every item you see on our website in
stock. Unfortunately, there are times when we will be out of something due
to circumstances beyond our control. When we expect an out of stock item
to arrive in a few days, we will let you know and give you the option of
canceling your order or substituting another item. When we know that an
item will be out of stock for an extended period of time, we will remove
it from the website until it is back in stock.
If you've ordered several items and just one is out of stock, we'll give you the option of holding the whole order to ship all items together or of back ordering the out of stock items. When we do this, there is only one charge for shipping - we will pay the shipping for the second package.
Backorders will not be charged to your credit card until it is shipped.
